Programming Languages Support

There are a number of ways to add additional support to NEdit for various programming languages. The main mechanisms are
- Syntax Highlighting Patterns - See PatternSets to get patterns
- Utility Macros
- Shell Commands
- Smart-indent macros
- External tools
All of these can be tied to specific language highlighting modes, and some contibutors distribute whole packages containing many of these elements for one specific language.
