The correct place to report and comment on bugs in NEdit is our bug tracker on SourceForge:

All entries and comments will be mirrored to the developer MailingLists, so you don't need to post in both locations.

Be sure to include the output of nedit -V in your bug report so we can see what version and environment you are using.
